My holistic approach is rooted in my background as a Physiotherapist, Musculoskeletal Therapist, Massage therapist, practitioner of Hatha Yoga and Reiki.
In my current practice, I work exclusively within the field of complementary care. I integrate Western evidence-informed techniques with Eastern traditional healing and energetic methods — supporting clients in restoring movement patterns, releasing tension, and gaining insight into deeper emotional and mental states. Each session focuses on awareness, relaxation, movement, mobility, and (inner) strength.

Through this approach, I help you create greater balance within — and between — body and mind. Using a combination of hands-on bodywork, energetic techniques, and guided awareness, I invite you to reconnect with your physical and emotional self. This process fosters a space where both conscious and unconscious tension can release, supporting your body’s natural capacity for (self-)healing and resilience.

What can you expect from the first session?
We begin with an intake conversation. This helps to understand your current state and personal goals. Based on this, we co-create an approach for your sessions — combining manual bodywork, energetic balancing, and other techniques, fully tailored to your individual needs.

Duration and frequency
The number and duration of sessions are always personalised. After the first session, we discuss which approaches may support you best and determine a suitable rhythm and frequency for your sessions.

When helpful, I may suggest exercises and practices to support mobility, flexibility, strength, and relaxation.
